During storage, conveyor belts should be placed in rolls, not folded, and should be rotated quarterly during storage. TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products of different types and different specification levels should not be connected together, their joints should be glued together.

The type, structure, specification and number of layers of TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products should be reasonably selected according to the conditions of use. Generally, the running speed of TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products should not be greater than 2.5m/s. For materials with large lumps and large wear and fixed unloading devices, they should be used as low as possible. According to the design regulations of the conveyor, reasonably select the relationship between the diameter of the conveyor drive roller and the cloth layer of TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products, the matching between the drive roller and the reversing roller and the requirements of the groove angle of the roller.

The feeding direction should be along the running direction of the TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products. In order to reduce the impact of blanking on TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products, a chute should be used to reduce the blanking distance. In the feeding section of TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products, the roller spacing should be shortened, and the buffer roller should be used as the leakage material. The belt should use a soft and moderate deflector to avoid the deflector being too hard and scratching the belt surface of TC70 CONVEYOR BELT products.
