Improper storage will directly affect the quality and service life of the conveyor belt, resulting in unusable use. 1. During the storage period, the CC56 CONVEYOR BELT shall not be in contact with pollutants such as acid and alkali, oil, sewage, etc., and shall also be kept away from heat sources to avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or rain and snow.

2. The temperature of the warehouse should be kept between -15°C and +40°C, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80%.

3. In storage, the CC56 CONVEYOR BELT must be placed in rolls, and must not be folded (meaning: fold a part of the object), and must not be squeezed. During the storage period, it should be turned over once a quarter.

4. The conveying speed of the conveyor belt should not be greater than 5.0 m/s, and the low speed should be used as far as possible when transporting materials with large lumps and high abrasion and using a fixed plow-type unloading device. When the specified speed is exceeded, the duration of the tape will be affected. 5. Conveyor belts of the same type and specification should not be used together.

5. Avoid the idler being covered by the material, causing the rotation to be ineffective, to prevent the leakage of the material from being stuck between the roller and the tape, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving parts, but the conveyor belt should not be oiled.

6. If the conveyor belt deviates, measures should be taken immediately (pointing to the solution to the problem) to correct it.

7. If it is found that the CC56 CONVEYOR BELT is partially damaged, it should be repaired with rayon in time to avoid expansion.
