Due to the influence of wear and aging during the use of the conveyor belt, after a period of use, there may be cracks on the surface of the conveyor belt. In severe cases, the normal use will be affected and the service life of the conveyor belt will be reduced. So how do we do crack prevention measures in daily use?

Conveyor belt Under realistic conditions, the NN and EP fabric core conveyor belts can be vulcanized by a flat vulcanizing machine. As long as the core is narrowed, the horn is not placed close to the belt edge of the conveyor belt, leaving a space for the core to be extended, and the pattern can be avoided. Their relationship to each other is: distance between horns > semi-finished product bandwidth > core width. A suitable factor for narrowing the core layer is to consider both the lateral extent of the core and the amount of shrinkage in the width direction after vulcanization, which ultimately ensures a reasonable standard width of the finished product. The specific preventive measures are as follows:

1. Fabric skeleton performance is the basis for determining the performance of the belt. At present, the excessive weft elongation of the NN and EP fabrics is the root cause of the occurrence of the grain. Reducing the latitudinal elongation, ie improving the belt performance, is also an effective way to reduce costs.
2. The narrowing of the core during the forming of the strip can avoid the formation of the trailing grain.
3. The relevant factors that cause the formation of the grain can not be ignored.
4. The heat shrinkage of the fabric is not the cause of the appearance of the grain, it is only the general characteristics of the chemical fiber fabric.
