Oil-resistant conveyor belts are used for grease transportation, conveying mineral oil, vegetable oil, animal oil, organic solvents and other oily materials in food processing plants or chemical plants.
The oil-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer of high-strength canvas and high-quality oil-resistant rubber through calendering, laminating, vulcanizing and other processes.
After the aging test (70C×168h), the change value of the tensile strength of the "break" and "break elongation" cover rubber ratio is not more than 25%.
|Grade||Breaking Strength（MPa）||Elongation At Break（%）||Abrasion（Mm³)|
|Note: L-under general oil-resistant conditions; D-under high abrasion and oil-resistant conditions.|
Meet MOR (medium oil resistance), or OR (oil resistance) standards
1. MOR conveyor belts only require a certain level of oil resistance.
2. Use OR conveyor belt in occasions requiring high oil resistance.
Oil Resistant Technical Data
|Type||Operating Temperature||Suitable Oil Type||Oil Resistance Date(72 Hrs)|
|MOR||-30°C-70°C||Mineral oil, organic solvent||Distensibility ≤20%|
|OR||-30°C-70°C||Vegetable oil, animal fat||Distensibility ≤5%|

When you are worried about oil resistance, you can choose an oil from the above.
