Widely used for conveying materials in industries such as coal mining, mining, power generation, metallurgy, chemical processing, light industry, and grain handling.
Features
The patterned conveyor belt consists of a belt body and a tread section. Depending on the type of material being transported and the angle of the conveyor, the shape, height, and depth of the tread pattern must also vary accordingly. The surface features a distinctive "V"-shaped tread that protrudes above the belt body; this tread can be either open or closed, and each pattern design is available in three variations—high, medium, and low. This type of belt is ideal for conveying powdery, granular, or small-piece materials at inclines of up to 40°C, and it’s also suitable for handling packaged materials.
