Straight-gauge conveyor belt

Product Description

Features
The warp and weft threads do not intersect; instead, the weft threads are positioned on either side of the main warp thread and connected by edge warps. Because both warp and weft threads are arranged straight without any crimping, the fibers maintain high strength retention, ensuring excellent dimensional stability of the fabric. Typically, the warp threads in the core are made from polyester or aramid fibers, while the weft threads use nylon 66 fibers. The core itself usually consists of 1–2 layers of woven fabric. As a result, the finished conveyor belt features a thin core layer combined with thick covering rubber—characteristics that allow it to serve as a viable alternative to steel-cord or PVC solid-core conveyor belts in certain applications.
Strong, uniform, tear-resistant, highly durable with minimal elongation, it boasts excellent load-bearing capacity, superior groove-forming properties, robust joint strength, and outstanding impact resistance—resulting in an exceptionally long service life. Ideal for long-distance, high-capacity, and high-speed material transportation, this product is particularly well-suited for harsh environments such as mines, ports, and coal facilities.
