Product Description
White Conveyor Belt the light-duty white conveyor belt has a carcass composed of fabrics such as cotton, nylon, and polyester. The carcass may or may not be provided with a covering layer. Examples of covering layers are divided into rubber type (including rubber-plastic type) and plastic type. The surface of the light-duty belt can be smooth, or it can have deep and shallow patterns of various designs, transverse ribs, partitions, and corrugated sidewalls. The driving surface can also be equipped with longitudinal positioning strips. The light-duty belt may have edge wrapping or be of a cut-edge type.
Food-grade white conveyor belts are made from natural rubber or synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene rubber and cis-polybutadiene rubber as the main rubber compound. Oils can penetrate into these rubbers and cause them to swell, resulting in a reduction in the strength and other mechanical properties of the rubber. In other words, these rubbers have relatively poor resistance to various oils and organic solvents. When conveying such materials, oils will cause swelling and erosion to the cover rubber on the belt surface, leading to an increase in the volume of the cover rubber and swelling deformation, thereby reducing the physical and mechanical properties of the conveyor belt and shortening its service life. The development of oil-resistant conveyor belts is based on this demand. They are made from framework materials such as all-cotton canvas, polyester-cotton interwoven canvas, nylon canvas, and polyester canvas, through processes like calendering, forming, and vulcanization, and have good oil resistance.
Product Application: Suitable for conveying oil-containing materials and for use in working conditions where oils or organic solvents may be present.
Acid and Alkali Resistant White Conveyor Belt:It uses cotton canvas, polyester canvas, and nylon canvas as framework materials; the cover rubber is made of rubber-plastic blend and filled with inert materials with excellent acid and alkali resistance. The belt body has good elasticity, low volume change rate, and high strength retention rate.
Product Application: Applicable to working environments in contact with acids and alkalis, such as phosphate fertilizer manufacturing and sea salt production by solar evaporation. The cover rubber, which is made of rubber-plastic blend and filled with inert materials with excellent acid and alkali resistance, has better performance than neoprene acid and alkali resistant conveyor belts.
