Polyester-rubber conveyor belts are widely used in industrial applications. These belts feature a multi-layer polyester structure, designated as EP (where "E" stands for polyester and "P" for polyester amide in the longitudinal direction). Scientific research has led to the development of high-strength, highly resilient, and exceptionally wear-resistant rubber materials. So, what exactly are the key features of these polyester-rubber conveyor belts?
1. Possesses excellent elasticity, impact resistance, tear resistance, and other properties, meeting the special application requirements even under complex conditions;
2. The polyester canvas conveyor belt exhibits minimal elongation under constant load, offering superior anti-slip performance compared to conventional belts and certain other common fabric-cored conveyor belts with higher elongation rates. This results in significantly reduced operational wear and tear during use, enabling more efficient, scientific, and streamlined operations—leading to lower overall equipment costs. Such advantages make it exceptionally well-suited for long-distance material transportation, effectively giving it a decisive edge over competing solutions.

7. The average length of the longitudinal test specimens for the strong interlayer adhesion strength (strength) must be greater than or equal to 4.5 N/mm, and the adhesion rate between the rubber surface and the fabric layer must exceed 4 N/mm.
