Steel Wire Rope Core Conveyor Belt
Product Description
Features
Suitable for conveying materials in high-intensity, long-distance, and high-volume applications. In special cases, it is also ideal for high-intensity, high-volume, short-distance material transport.
High tensile strength: Ideal for single-machine applications with large spans and long-distance material conveyance. Minimal elongation ensures short take-up travel requirements. Compact drive pulley diameter: The belt core features a single layer of longitudinally arranged steel cables as its backbone, providing exceptional resistance to flexural fatigue. This design allows for the use of smaller-diameter pulleys, contributing to a more compact equipment setup. Excellent adhesion between rubber and steel cables: The steel cable surfaces are galvanized, and the rubber compound used boasts superior bonding properties specifically tailored to adhere firmly to the steel cables. This results in outstanding impact resistance, minimal risk of cable detachment, and an extended service life. Uniform steel cable tension: Thanks to advanced manufacturing techniques, the steel cables are precisely aligned, ensuring consistent tension throughout—leading to smooth, balanced operation and significantly reducing the likelihood of misalignment or deviation during use.
