Roller idler
The roller is a critical component of the entire conveyor system. High-quality rollers significantly extend the service life of the entire system. Carrying a roller
Typically serving as roller assemblies from different angles, rollers help balance the belt and ensure proper troughing. Carrying rollers are the most common type of roller found in belt conveyor systems.

Ensure the stability of the lower belt on the conveyor.
Guide Roller
Guide rollers—also known as side rollers—prevent the belt from deviating, and typically only one side axle is designed to be fixed to the frame.
Return roller
Covered with sharp-edged rubber discs spaced along the middle area of the roller to remove sticky material from the belt, and featuring flat rubber discs at both ends of the roller to protect the belt edges from damage.
Impact roller
A special type of carrying roller, fully covered with a flat rubber disc, which absorbs impact energy at the loading point whenever bulk materials drop.
